If you know me, you know I can’t make a grilled cheese to save my life. The problem is, I love grilled cheese. The struggle is ever so real. Well today I tried again, and only burnt it a little bit!! Although there is a slight smokey note, the flavor is still on point in this sandwich. It is simple but perfect. A quick lunch that will make you feel like you went out to get it!
- whole grain bread (or whatever you’d prefer)
- swiss and mozzarella cheese
- marinated portobello mushrooms
- roasted red peppers
