With the end of the school year came the inevitable packing up of my apartment. And with that came a stupid amount of food that I had not eaten. One of the things that was gonna get thrown away was a beef chuck steak, not sure what I was going to do with it, I decided to try and cook it in the crock pot. Mixed with some veggies and sauce and it was super easy and really delicious. The meat was super tender with a lot of flavor. Oh and its a crock pot recipe so it was super easy.
- beef chuck (or some other cut of meat)
- teriyaki sauce
- If your meat isn’t already in chunks, cut it into chunks.
- Slice up your onions and carrots, then place at the bottom of the pan and put your meat on top.
- Then pour a bunch of sauce on it and let it go!!
- Told you it was easy 😉
