Beef Teriyaki

With the end of the school year came the inevitable packing up of my apartment.  And with that came a stupid amount of food that I had not eaten.  One of the things that was gonna get thrown away was a beef chuck steak, not sure what I was going to do with it, I decided to try and cook it in the crock pot.  Mixed with some veggies and sauce and it was super easy and really delicious.  The meat was super tender with a lot of flavor.  Oh and its a crock pot recipe so it was super easy.

Ingredients:

  • beef chuck (or some other cut of meat)
  • onions
  • carrots
  • teriyaki sauce

How to:

  1. If your meat isn’t already in chunks, cut it into chunks.
  2. Slice up your onions and carrots, then place at the bottom of the pan and put your meat on top.
  3. Then pour a bunch of sauce on it and let it go!!
  4. Told you it was easy 😉
