Sometimes it is hard to fall asleep and relax at night. A lot of times I try to avoid taking medicine or pills and go a more therapeutic approach. This recipe is a soothing night time recipe to get your body and mind relaxed and hopefully soothe you to sleep.
- In a mug, add some milk. Then a squirt of honey and a splash of vanilla
- microwave until the desired warmth
- super simple, but give this a try when you cant fall asleep!
