Recipe For Sleep

Sometimes it is hard to fall asleep and relax at night.  A lot of times I try to avoid taking medicine or pills and go a more therapeutic approach.  This recipe is a soothing night time recipe to get your body and mind relaxed and hopefully soothe you to sleep.

 

Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • Vanilla
  • Honey

How to:

  1. In a mug, add some milk. Then a squirt of honey and a splash of vanilla
  2. microwave until the desired warmth
  3. enjoy!
  4. super simple, but give this a try when you cant fall asleep!
