When I am stressed sometimes my diet turns into what ever is quick and convenient, this usually is unhealthy take out and that takes a bad toll on your body. This recipe is makes you feel healthy eating it and is also full of protein and all the other good stuff you should be eating daily. This recipe is also nice and quick so you have no excuse not to eat it!! This takes a conventional taco to a different level!
- romaine lettuce hearts
- rice (I suggest brown)
- black beans
- cottage cheese
- salsa verde or some other kinds of salsa
- so this recipe is basically an assembly the one thing I did differently was mixed cottage cheese into the black beans to give it a different texture, but really easy!!!
