So post one of my finals I decided I needed to cook a feast and work my way through some of the food in my fridge and freezer. This left me with an incredibly weird arrangement of veggies and cake. When i stumbled upon my full bag of ravioli I wasn’t sure what to do with it, I knew I wouldn’t make a meal of it mostly because I didn’t have time. So I had seen these baked raviolis that were breaded and such but I also didn’t want to go through that effort so I figured how much more different can it be to just bake them normal. Well let me tell you, they were great! Crunchy but soft on the inside and gooey and cheesy and all good stuff. We dipped them ranch because I most likely would die if I didn’t eat ranch every day, but they’d be good with anything or by themselves. They are quick and easy and a new way to use a common ingredient.
- pan spray
- parmesan cheese
- set the oven to 400/ 375
- spray the baking sheet with pan spray and spray a little on top of your raviolis
- then let them cook for about 12 minutes til golden and firm. Then flip over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- cook for another 12-15 minutes until golden and firm. Then dip in whatever you see fit!
